Susan and Pat Stevens

Susan and Pat Stevens are proud to be early supporters of United States Artists. Married for 30 years and the parents of two grown sons, the Stevenses reside in Wayzata, Minnesota. Both Susan and Pat were active in music and musical theater as students, and their son, BJ, is a practicing musician.

Susan Kenny Stevens is a principal of LarsonAllen, a financial services firm of accountants, consultants, and business advisors headquartered in the Twin Cities. She holds a PhD in organizational behavior from the Union Institute. Dr. Stevens leads LarsonAllen’s Public Service Group and serves on the company’s board of directors. A consultant to foundations and nonprofits for more than twenty years, she was retained by the Ford Foundation to help develop and launch United States Artists. She is a frequent keynote speaker on philanthropic topics and the author of the award-winning book Nonprofit Lifecycles. Dr. Stevens comes from a family of musicians and performs avocationally as time and opportunity permit.

Patrick Stevens is president of Stevens Unlimited and owns multiple Great Clips franchises in Minneapolis and Saint Louis. In addition to leading his own businesses, Mr. Stevens has served in the corporate leadership of numerous councils and committees within the Great Clips system. He has twice been named “Franchisee of the Year.” Mr. Stevens earned a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and continues his commitment to lifelong learning as an avid reader and student of the game of golf.

The Stevens family believes in the transformational power of the arts to lift the spirit and bring harmony to the soul. They are proud to sponsor a USA Fellow in recognition of the many people who have helped them in their careers.
